About Me

Hi! I’m Kelly Mercieri.  I am 30 years old and married with two kids.  I have a wonderful husbad who keeps me grounded.  He is the rational one and I live by my emotions. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in life, to keep me grounded and not always in the clouds.

I have the two most beautiful children ever – yes this is my blog and I can say that! My older son is such a warm and gentle soul. He has such a big heart, he is just such a wonderful person, with a really silly personality.  Often times it will surprise me at how much of a little person he really has at just 2.5 years old (3 in May).  For the blogs sake let’s call him Funny.  My younger son is just 6 months (1 in July) and is a little dream.  90% of the time he is calm, smiley and sweet – there is the 10% of the time that he just screams until I pick him up, but we all have those days.  He is a bit of a mama’s boy – my husband would absolutely agree here. I’ll refer to him as Sunny. And to make things light we’ll call my husband Hunny.

As you can see I am clearly out numbered by the boys in my home and so far it’s just perfect! One day as I was sitting outside of panera, waiting for it to open, nursing my son in my front seat and feeling completely and utterly overwhelmed.   I thought, I wish there was some way for me to tell other moms about my experiences so that when/if they are in a situation like this…and feeling this way – they know that it is completely normal and ok.  My husband who is a self proclaimed computer geek, gave me the idea of a blog..and here we are!
